Full Job Description

We are seeking Support Workers to join us in Dulwich on permanent contracts. You would ideally be required to live in close proximity to these locations in order to travel locally

In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to correct documents for right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts which are allocated to you.,

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead

  • To develop daily living skills.

  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships

  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

  • A full, manual driving licence is essential

    All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.

    1. Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.52 - £13.08 per hour)
