Become part of our amazing supported living team, supporting 11 people living in four bungalows in one location, with a lovely garden and separate creative and sensory spaces to enjoy. As well as enjoying their home and being part of everyday living, each person loves getting out in their local communities to do the things they like and need. We are looking for people with outstanding values, to provide person-centred support to enable people to live life in the way they choose. Make life rewarding - yours and the people you support. We have both day and night time contracts available. Manual driving licence required for daytime opportunities.,

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • To develop daily living skills.
  • Support people we to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
  • Completion of a dementia/end of life 12 week course
  • A full, manual driving licence is essential

All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.     Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £13.38 p/h)
  • Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
