Support Worker Staff Required Northwich

To provide care and support to clients living in their own home. The role involves some personal care and also assisting with shopping, cooking, meal planning, activities and attending to day to day routines.

Proven experience as a support worker and ability to work as part of an established team. NVQ Level 2 in Social Care (Training can be provided) Deaf aware and a good understanding of individual communication needs.
