Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Support Worker., · Supporting a case load of 20 - 25 Service Users for an average of 10 hours of support monthly via group workshops and one to one sessions.

  • Creative - Organise unique ways to engage service users


  • · Undertaking support sessions, planning, risk assessments and quarterly support plan reviews

    · Create Support Plans for new service users ensuring that they are written with realistic actions and dates that are achievable.

    · To maintain records (e.g. support plans) where necessary, ensuring these are wholly accurate, up-to-date and completed in a timely manner.

    · Create diverse types of workshops for the benefit of our service
  • Create an environment that promotes opportunities for service users to develop, learn and enable skills towards independence.


  • What you will need to succeed

    We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for all our service users.

  • Have previous experience of working with people experiencing homelessness.

  • Be able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.

  • Possess a genuine passion of making a real difference in people's lives.

  • Have a positive attitude and be highly self-motivated

  • Have the ability to work without supervision, Certificate of Higher Education (preferred), Support Worker: 2 years (preferred)
