Full Job Description

Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned Social Care Services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk. As a Swift Worker, your duties would include:

  • Requests to assist uninjured fallers

  • Supporting one off personal care needs

  • Visiting people in their own homes in teams of two

  • Making onward referrals to other key Social Care staff following visits


  • Norfolk First Support work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people, in their own homes, to enable them to regain their previous abilities after a period of ill health or a change in their circumstances. We make a positive difference.

    Support Worker (Swifts) - You will visit people in their own home to support them with their urgent needs such as washing and dressing, meal and drink preparation and making sure they take their medication or assisting them following an uninjured fall.

  • Home care: 1 year (preferred)
