We therefore provide comprehensive training that all employees complete before taking up their new career within Praxis which will last for 2 weeks and cover all of the information and training you will need.

Praxis Care's services in Nuneaton are providing innovative and bespoke packages of care to some of the most vulnerable people in the area who are experiencing a degree of learning disability and enduring mental health issues. A number will have been in long term institutional placements and will require an extended period of readjustment to community living - this is where our services come in. Each person we engage with will have a tailored care package to support their return to live within local communities in a Supported Living setting, with staff being involved with developing each Service User's confidence and abilities to live as independently as possible. Services are close to each other with support from a local office base and we are growing across the region. Our expertise is in working with people with complex and multiple needs, there will be challenges on the way as outcomes are worked towards but we will be there for each person's journey. • Salary based on 39 hours per week. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies
