Full Job Description

  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships

  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

  • A full, manual driving licence is essential

    All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.

    In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to have the right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts. For these roles you are required to have previous proven care experience and a full UK driving licence.

  • Hold a full UK manual driving Licence (Essential)

    1. Basic salary £12.52 - £13.08 p/h
