Full Job Description
- Light Home Help - light cleaning and clearing up after the person.
- Companionship - building friendships and relationships.
- Medication - ensuring clients stay on track with medication.
- Meal Preparation - create nutritious meals for the clients enjoyment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Living within our franchise region.
- Available to work your usual work schedule on alternate weekends.
- Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship.
Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now seeking people to join our team of highly regarded adult care professionals. We are interested in people with experience and also those looking for an opening into the Adult Care Sector. Duties performed by our talented team include - Hourly rates between £12.00 - £14.00 per hour, double on Bank Holiday.
- Paid for all training undertaken.
- Travelling time fully paid between clients (some restrictions apply).
- Travel expenses £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.
- Minimum 1-hour visits.
- Local visits 10-15 minutes drive from Welwyn & Hatfield.
- Variety of work schedules available - no fixed shifts.
