It will involve working alongside landlords to ensure an agreed standard of support is being provided as well as reviewing how they are working with their residents to move them on to more long terms secure accommodation.

A part of the role will be working closely with the housing benefit officers in the team to review new benefit claims and advise on the needs of potential residents.
