Full Job Description

Due to rapid expansion we are recruiting a SENIOR SERVICE MANAGER to join our busy team of Supported Living leadership. The role seeks to ensure Time for U delivers a high level of quality services to the people we support, ensuring each service is safe, effective, caring, and always responsive to the service users needs. Working closely with HR, ensure all staff training is up to date and proportionate to the level required within each specific service. To ensure that all statutory, regulatory and company Policy requirements are monitored, managed, and achieved. Ensure any company digital system is up to date and that all staff are engaging with the software. Maintain excellent knowledge of current CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements. Maintain a supportive critical friend role during internal audits and monitoring visits to ensure that Time for Us team ethos is encouraged to deliver continuous improvement. Enthusiasm, passion, and
determination in Time for U achieving and maintaining the minimum of a Good CQC rating and deliver the highest quality person centred care. Deliver training to staff across the organisation when required, demonstrating excellent presentation and communications skills. To participate in events, meetings, and assessments etc. Participate in the completion of tender documents and other submissions as required by the organisation.

Main duties of the job

1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Management team

2. Create and uphold an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.

3. Participate in the development of Time 4 U Ltd.s policies.

4. Share in the development of strategic plans for Time 4 U Ltd.

5. Participate in evaluation of Time 4 U Ltd against agreed organisational goals, and business and quality objectives.

6. Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships.

7. Minimise legal risks.

8. Establishment and maintenance of management information systems.

9. Development of changes to the structure of the organisation which may be required.

10. Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, .

11. Implement and maintain the standards required by legislation.

12. Management Protocols within the QCS Compliance Management System.

13. Effective deployment of staff and budgets.

14. Design and implementation and maintenance of Time 4 U Ltd's quality assurance programme.

15.To work effectively with external agencies

16. Ensure that your staff are maintaining the details of the people we support on the Nourish digital care software platform.

17. Ensure that you utilise the Outlook calendar to clearly show the meetings, visits and activities that you are undertaking each day.
