Full Job Description

Our Supporter Services team plays a key role in ensuring that our fundraising teams administration processes are effective and efficient as possible. Your role as Supporter Services and Fulfilment executive means that you will need to work across the whole of the directorate to implement changes that benefit our supporters as well as our fundraising teams.

You will need to be solution focused and be able to work with teams across the whole of the organisation to ensure that our supporters receive the best possible service, whilst increasing their loyalty.

Working as part of this small team a keen eye for detail is needed by everyone who works in it.

Part of the role will involve you managing the teams third party service providers who support various fundraising activities throughout the year, so experience in this area of account management is essential.

In the role you will be expected to engage with our supporters on a regular basis, so you will need to be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.

Data forms part of this job and therefore you will need to be proficient in the use of Excel and be able to present facts and figures in ways that are clear and concise.

You should expect to work on your own on some pieces of work as well as part of a team on others.

The ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage competing priorities is essential to succeed in this role.
