We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Class Teacher for our specialist SEND school in Slough. Role Overview: As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will work with young students with SEND, creating and delivering engaging, individualized lessons. You will help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in the classroom and beyond.,

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for KS1 students with SEND.
• Use creative teaching methods to make learning engaging and accessible.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual student needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work closely with other professionals to support each child's development.
  
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS1 students, preferably with SEND experience.
• A patient, creative, and adaptive approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
