Role Overview: In this role, you will provide vital support to students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.,
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
- Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Monitor and record progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
Experience working with children, particularly in an SEN context. - A proactive, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
