Our secondary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work alongside teachers to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs. Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the wider team to provide support that promotes student progress, engagement, and well-being.,

  • Assist students with SEND in accessing the curriculum, both in-class and during additional interventions.
  • Help with the preparation of differentiated learning materials.
  • Support the emotional and social development of students, building their confidence and independence.
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to reviews of individual learning plans.
