Surveyor Part Time

To qualify for this role, you ideally be MRICS qualified with commercial surveying experience. You need a good understanding of professional and project-based building surveying, including basics of local and broader property markets. You should be adept at building and maintaining business and client relationships, providing clear written communication, and possess strong computer skills. You must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within the UK.

1. Assist in Building Inspections: On-site visits to inspect buildings, identify structural issues, and assess compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Aim to complete independent inspections within agreed timeframe.

2. Survey Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on site inspections, outlining findings, recommendations, and remedial actions.
