Full Job Description

An experienced and ambitious property professional to lead the planning and delivery of our property investment programme; including decarbonising and improving the energy performance of our property assets.

Developing property investment strategies based on customer insight and robust stock data will be at the forefront of your thinking. With responsibility for an annual budget of £7m you will shape the delivery of customer focussed planned maintenance services, working collaboratively with staff and contractor partners.

The role requires evidence based investment decisions, with a need for you to understand the performance of North Stars property stock and work collaboratively to deliver a range of projects to further North Stars ambitions for excellent strategic asset management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape and influence our Asset Management Strategy and deliver excellent maintenance services for our customers.
