Full Job Description

Are you an aspiring entry-level project manager or an experienced admin professional looking to step into the dynamic world of project management? This is your chance!

Our mission is to improve outcomes for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), maintain quality and mitigate financial risks to make sure that the council is able to continue supporting children and young people in Wiltshire.

You'll be a key member of a new team that has been established to deliver transformation projects across our SEND system, working collaboratively with the Project Leads and a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining reports, coordinating the Programme Board and managing discrete parts of the wider programme. Your contribution to the programme will play a vital role in the delivery of our transformation programme.

Our ideal candidate possesses an understanding of SEND services and the SEND landscape. You will combine traditional administration skills with a keen interest in project management, a willingness to get stuck-in and do what it takes to meet our challenging programme of work.

If you're a strong communicator who quickly builds relationships and have a proven ability to problem-solve your way through complex challenges, then we want to hear from you.
