An opportunity to work with Zurich Claims team, will allow you to play a crucial role in managing and resolving insurance claims with a focus on sustainability. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, assess damages, and determine appropriate settlements. You will collaborate with various departments to integrate solutions into the claims process, ensuring that our commitment to sustainability is reflected in every aspect of our operation.

Zurich Resilience Services (our engineering proposition)

You will be at the forefront of identifying and mitigating risks while promoting sustainable practices across various industries. This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and recommending sustainable solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure that sustainability is integrated into all risk engineering processes.

These placements will help you develop expertise across the whole breadth of insurance, from understanding, assessing and reducing risk, to claims, pricing and insurance frameworks - all with a focus on sustainable energy. You'll get to add value and make an impact from the beginning and build a great foundation for your future career.

As part of the graduate programme, you will experience an in-depth learning & development programme that will support you throughout and into your future career. You will also complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equivalent to a Bachelors degree) which includes completing your Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification.

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance to the office workplace stated in this advert



• A passion for sustainability



• You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a 2.1 (or above) from your bachelors or equivalent degree



• At least 96 UCAS points - CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects



• A to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE

• £32,550 starting salary - with a biannual pay review
