  • Design and execute the strategy of Global Marketing for the Americas, DACH, EMEA, and APAC
  • Provide a direct link between Revenue Growth and marketing spend with strong ROI
  • Support the marketing organization in shifting to an increased digitized demand generation
  • Improve every single stage of our opportunity creation funnel
  • Prioritize collaboration and team satisfaction regarding our global/regional marketing structures

    A proven track record of a successful global demand generation program with a focus on digital
  • A B2B SaaS Marketer that eats and breathes analytics
  • An inclusive people leader that believes in leading by example
  • An effective collaborator with a growth mindset
  • A digital first marketer with experience in paid media, SEO and performance marketing
  • Additional expertise in Product Marketing, Customer Advocacy Marketing or Sales Development teams would be a significant advantage

We are looking for a new leader of our Global Marketing Organization who will take us to what we all call Basecamp Two. The challenge and objectives are clear: to leverage and strengthen our existing dispersed Marketing Team, so together you are able to boost our Demand Generation with a focus on digitization as well as the creation of personalized customer marketing for our over 1,500 clients. You'll be able to drive these changes in collaboration with our Commercial and Product organizations. The ideal candidate is a revenue-driven marketer who is focused on scalable growth and believes that marketing is both an art and a science.
