Full Job Description

The Perse Sports Centre is looking for a qualified Swim Teacher to join their team. The Swim Teacher will deliver the highest possible standards when teaching pupils of all ages and skill level, ensuring that lessons follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. The successful candidate will need to be able to be a positive role model, creating a fun environment to motivate and encourage children to participate in swimming. They will need to identify participants abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential, regularly assessing their ability and progress, whilst keeping accurate records. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience in a similar role and good knowledge of swimming techniques.
