Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint a motivated, experienced, and approachable Swim Teaching Assistant to join our Saturday Morning Swim School team. With a pool on site, we want to help all pupils gain the lifelong skill of being able to swim efficiently and safely and to enjoy the process.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of current swimming technique practices and a Swim England / STA Level 1 Certificate. They will have an understanding of safeguarding procedures and be able to maintain positive, courteous relations with pupils, parents, and colleagues. They will also be responsible with setting up and clearing away at the end of each session. Experience working with children in the past is desirable.

This role will require someone to work on Saturday mornings, 8am to 12pm, for 30 weeks per year during the School's Term Time.
