The successful candidates will need to hold a NPLQ qualification, as well as having a good understanding of swimming pool compliance and the associated Health & Safety rigour. Have the ability to work in partnerships within and beyond the school, and the passion to ensure the successful running of the pool.

Surrenden Pool, which sits on the same campus as Dorothy Stringer School, is managed as a partnership between the school and Brighton & Hove City Council. The council maintain the infrastructure of the pool, and the school manage its day to day activities.

Tuesdays 8.45am-12.15pm
Wednesdays 1.45pm-2.45pm
Wednesdays 7.30pm - 8:30pm
Fridays 7.20am-8:40am

More shifts may become available throughout the year. This position provides an excellent opportunity for the chosen candidate to join our recently refurbished pool by the Local Authority.
