Full Job Description
- Reporting to: Pool Coordinator/Aquatics Manager
- Job Purpose: To be responsible for planning and delivering learn to swim sessions to children and adults., Reporting to: Pool Coordinator/Aquatics Manager
- Job Purpose: To actively support a qualified swimming teacher in the delivery of planned learn to swim sessions.
A minimum of Level 2 swimming teacher qualification. - A sound knowledge of all areas of the swimming programme.
- The ability to relate and communicate with people of all ages and deal with associative issues and situations.
- An understanding of child development.
- The ability to be well planned.
- The ability to be flexible.
- The ability to monitor, evaluate and be prepared to change plans where necessary.
- The ability to keep an accurate record.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to work as part of a wider team., A minimum of Level 1 swimming teacher qualification.
