Swindon Hubs & Haven Service Lead

You will lead the operational service delivery of the Be U Swindon Hubs & Haven team and service, this role will include working with CYP emotional needs across all elements of the iTHRIVE model. This exciting new service will deliver a range of interventions to CYP (children and young people) at various stages of their emotional recovery and safety needs. Working as part of the Be U Swindon Community Senior Team you will be responsible for the delivery of this day, evening and weekend provision, working on a rotational basis., The successful candidate will play a critical role in mobilisation and development of the service and in the day-to-day delivery of effective mental and emotional well-being support to CYP within our community. This position involves providing direct urgent mental health services, collaborating with families, emergency services, CAMHS, schools, and community organisations, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for young people.
