Full Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departmentor individual.
  • Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
  • Keep accuraterecords of all calls, including details of the caller, recipient, and the nature of the call.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed to facilitatesmooth communication flow.

    Previousexperience in a similar roleis preferred.Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, andproficiencyin operating switchboard equipment and related technology.
