Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Syncope Nurse to working closely with the Syncope and MDT to fulfil this role. The post holder will need to be working at least as a band 6 nurse in cardiology or a specialist areas with the right transferable skills.
The post holder will work within the Syncope team providing a Tilt Test Service and syncope clinic.
The post holder will be required to work through a comprehensive competence process to be deemed competent to independently perform Tilt Tests., + To work as part of the Syncope Service providing Tilt testing and with the LinQ team for LinQ Implantation service.
+ This post will work across the both services where the nurse will perform Tilt testing and insert Implantable Loop Recorders.
+ The post holder will actively be involved with research within the department.

The post holder will have experience in working within cardiology and have an extensive background of dealing with patient cardiac patients, ECG interpretation.
