Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Coordinator to join our team in supporting the Telford & Wrekin Borough Council's grounds maintenance and street cleansing service. This role will be integral in managing our system, ensuring client and public enquiries are handled efficiently and that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met to avoid financial penalties.

You will work closely with the contract management team to monitor, allocate, and ensure the timely completion of tasks. You'll also play a key role in coordinating work schedules and resources to help deliver a high-performing contract that meets client objectives.

  • Familiarity with scheduling best practices, strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Brightly Software's Confirm system is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and handle conflicting priorities while ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting information.

  • Hardworking, adaptable, and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude, embracing new challenges with a positive mindset.
