System Engineer (Maritime)

• Deliver full-lifecycle systems engineering, working across the V-Model to develop, test, and validate advanced solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level challenges to meet demanding operational standards.

  5+ years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in defence or marine industries.
• Expertise in V-Model development and full lifecycle engineering.
• Strong understanding of electronics and experience with submarine systems or equivalent technologies.
• Sole British citizenship with eligibility for security clearance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of mission-critical communications and intelligent systems.
• Experience in sectors such as defence, aerospace, nuclear, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with tools for requirements management and system modelling.
