System Integration - Placement & Graduate Opportunities

We are seeking students for a 12-month internship in Systems Integration at our Basildon head office and plant, starting in July-August 2025. This position offers an exciting opportunity to understand the New Product Development process, focusing on testing and validating new product designs.,

• Assist in managing system and process issues
• Collaborate with teams across Europe to resolve software issues
• Use diagnostic equipment and software to make necessary changes
• Follow strict test plans to evaluate each feature within the system and report findings to your manager
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Interest in farm machinery or a farming background is advantageous
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of engine/transmission functionality is beneficial
• Valid driving license
• Demonstrated problem-solving experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication and presentation skills
