In short, we are working together for people to have healthier, fulfilling lives supported by sustainable health and care services., The successful candidate will be employed by Dorset HealthCare, but will have a joint role with Dorset County Hospital driving efficiency and change with interoperability at the core, and creating a joint team across the two organisations. In addition, the post-holder will lead on cross- System collaboration to deliver the Dorset-wide digital medicines agenda and you will have responsibility for leading and implementing digital medicines projects across the Trusts.

This is a novel and exciting job, which will have a positive impact on patient care. Are you ready for that challenge? We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who is an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative pharmacist with exemplary communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.

Your role will be pivotal: driving process change for clinical staff, providing expert clinical advice for the identification and management of risks arising from process changes, and supporting users whilst the new systems and processes are embedded into routine practice and beyond. Your input will be essential in helping to ensure that new ways of working meet the highest levels of safety and quality.
