Full Job Description

The System and Leadership Development Facilitator will plan, co-ordinate and facilitate system organisational development (OD), leadership, inclusion and/or health and wellbeing interventions and will be support the identification, design and delivery of key OD interventions in line with the strategic direction and plans for the System. The post will work closely with other colleagues across the integrated care board and system to aid in understanding and delivery cross priority programme priorities in order to contribute to delivery our refreshed 5 year strategy and 10 key ambitions as a system. Main Duties and Responsibilities Support colleagues in the System and Leadership Development team in carrying out programmes relating to system development (OD), culture, leadership and talent development, inclusion and health and wellbeing initiatives; leading on defined projects and interventions independently. Provide support and advice on diagnosing, planning, delivering and evaluating system
development interventions, sharing learning and propose and support implementation of improvements. Collate qualitative and quantitative, at times complex information to contribute to assessing needs of customer and stakeholders and to inform system OD plans Interpret and present data and complex information to highlight issues, risks and support decision making against a range of alternative options and actions to inform the customers system OD plans. Support the design and planning of interventions and projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider system, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary, ensuring that agreed objectives and targets are met within agreed timescales. Lead on the delivery of defined projects and OD interventions related to the priorities of the System and Leadership development function. Facilitate and support groups to develop and deliver OD interventions, using a range of tools
and methodologies. Ensure all OD interventions are evaluated effectively and learning from these evaluations shared through the relevant forum. Provide information related to progress and outcomes of OD plans in written and verbal formats to large multi-professional groups at various levels of seniority, respond to feedback and disagreement/alternative views, adapting style to suit the audience to ensure inclusion of diverse voices. Contribute to creating a culture of organisational development and learning across the system and within the integrated care board (ICB) by providing advice and support for organisational development activities. Participate in committees, project boards and groups, task and finish groups and external groups, providing the appropriate level OD information, expertise and advice. Support in the identification and use of financial resources to enable OD approaches. Stay up to date with developments nationally, regionally and locally and ensure best

and Safety at Work Act and to ensure their own safety and the safety of others. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the principles of data security and data protection. Follow a professional Code of Conduct, where relevant to the post. Participate in the organisational appraisal process.
