System Support Facilitator

Primary Duties: Provide technical support for IT systems, including EMIS and other clinical tools. Troubleshoot daily IT issues and resolve them efficiently. Manage system access, smart cards, and staff accounts. Liaise with external stakeholders like EMIS, NHS Digital, and the council. Support office systems such as hardware, software, and internet connectivity. Secondary Duties: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to IT. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and staff data. Contribute to continuous improvement in IT services and operational processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations.
