Systemic Practitioner

The Systemic Practitioner role is part of a funded pilot program designed to bring systemic practice into Local Authority Family Help services., In this role, the practitioner will provide ongoing training, lead monthly group reflective sessions, and offer one-on-one consultations for key workers. They will also support the use of tools like genograms and outcome measures.

Additionally, the role involves helping with the evaluation of the pilot by assisting key workers in completing outcome measures with families and aiding in data collection. The post holder will receive training from the Institute of Family Therapy (IFT) to become a fully qualified systemic psychotherapist.
