Full Job Description

The Systems Analyst will collaborate with business and IT teams to drive the development and support of our service technology platform, passionate about making improvements in customer service case management. A day in the Life:

  • Become a valuable member of our established distributed team, contributing to our dedication to perfection through a strong understanding of our users, processes, systems, and data.
  • Collaborate with product owners to capture requirements, define functional specifications, and implement system improvements, configurations, and customizations in SAP C4S.
  • Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for the service platform application, addressing issues in real-time to ensure business continuity.
  • Work closely with global users to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or data inconsistencies within the application.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system processes and user experiences by providing recommendations and delivering actionable insights.

    Bachelor degree or equivalent required., Demonstrated abilities in an instrument service business with profound process and system understanding preferably with SAP solutions
  • 2+ years of business analyst, process analyst or similar experience in a service business
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and service systems preferable Cloud for Customer or comparable SaaS (could also be user experience)
  • Experience with incident and change management processes within an IT service management (ITSM) framework is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing timelines and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become expert in business processes
