Full Job Description

As a key member of our Capacity Planning team, your role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our systems. Responsibilities encompass data maintenance, seamless data transfers, and timely resolution of user-reported issues. Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, you'll ensure effective communication and adherence to corrective action timelines.

Your role also involves crucial aspects such as system administration, performance monitoring, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. Your commitment to quality and efficiency initiatives, coupled with effective workload management, ensures timely outputs and a streamlined system.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be able to provide support and maintenance of our systems, users, and data to maintain their accuracy, completeness, and integrity., · Proven ability to engage with customers and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders

· Proven experience in delivering to agreed timelines and standards

· High standard of verbal and written communication

· Good analytical skills in a technical or systems related environment

· High level of computer literacy including ability to query and manipulate data

· Proven experience of Data Management activities, Safe behaviour is a requirement of working for Network Rail. Applicants should be able to demonstrate their awareness of our Safety Vision
