Full Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of System Engineer - Customer Experience Delivery to lead and enhance our efforts in delivering modern luxury customer experience solutions. This role focuses on modelling customer experiences, gathering and refining requirements, managing diverse stakeholders, and benchmarking industry standards to ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient systems.,

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end models of customer journeys and experiences using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques.
  • Use modeling frameworks like SysML , MSOSA or other relevant tools to define system architecture and capture customer interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure the models align with customer expectations, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of industry standards, customer experience trends, and competitor solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, creative , system engineers, and data analysts.

    In order to be considered for this position, you will need to possess strong analytical and technical expertise, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable system engineering frameworks that elevate the customer journey and align with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g.,MSOSA Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody).
  • Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and customer experience modeling frameworks.
  • Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements using tools like DOORS, Jama, or JIRA.
