As a Systems Engineer , you will join our team in Barnstaple to support our activities within the Defence sector. Your main responsibilities will be:

Lead a team of engineers, driving the successful completion of defense-related projects.
Capture, analyze, and modify requirements using IBM DOORS, focusing on the Left-hand side of the V model.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the system development lifecycle.
Ensure all work complies with defense industry standards and regulations.
Travel as needed for project requirements (expenses covered).

6-15 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the defense sector.
Strong expertise in IBM DOORS and experience with requirements capture and modification.
Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices.
Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
