Full Job Description

Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a Systems First Line Manager to join our team at our Wellingborough site. You will work within the systems team, to support the site in ensuring both systems software and hardware are maintaining maximal uptime.,

  • Achieve and exceed KPI target expectations (budget spend, uptime & service delivery KPIs).

  • Manage customer IT ticket queues in line with agreed SLAs

  • To ensure that the hardware and software are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in line with agreed Service SLAs

  • Act as escalation point for first line support of IT hardware, software, network, and operating systems issues

  • Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment

  • Demonstrable competence in leading and managing diverse teams

    This is a full-time, permanent position and the working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
