Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Executive Support Service for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Information Requests team. The purpose of this role is to support service and technology enabled change across the organisation., The role will lead and support the delivery of the information and complaints system across the organisation, implementing admin changes, testing and rolling out new updates, liaising with colleagues and system provider as required. It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses excellent IT, project management skills, excellent communication and client engagement skills. The successful candidate will also hold the management and coordination of responses of some casework in respect to complaints and customer contacts that are received into the organisation and liaise with service managers as appropriate.

The successful candidate will also need:

  • Experience of managing and delivering projects across a full life cycle
  • Previous involvement of implementing admin changes within an IT system.
  • Experience of developing and delivering training programmes for the use of a system
  • Enthusiasm, drive and be passionate about delivering high quality results whilst identifying improvements for positive change.
  • A track record of building relationships and is confident in communicating to a variety of stakeholders to obtain support for recommendations.
  • Some experience of dealing with customer contacts/complaints.
