Full Job Description
As Systems Manager you will be responsible for managing the system function within our depot, ensuring the depot automated systems run to optimum efficiency in accordance with Knapp company guidelines. As a member of the Depot Management team, you are expected to contribute to and lead depot plans and initiatives, leading the way for staff to be able to understand the issues and targets the depot has set out to achieve. You will monitor and manage budget/costs to agreed budget/expenditure objectives, manage team performance within agreed KPIs and PHOENIX standards ensuring the Depot maintenance is completed to a high standard and submitted on time. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the site facilities and management of third party contractors. You will also be expected to champion and actively engage colleagues in the adherence to GDP, proactively identify and resolving potential issues, develop and managing action plans to remedy and avoid non-compliance. Who do we want? We invite applications from dynamic leaders who display strong written and verbal communication skills, can lead large teams, manage their own workload, meeting, and exceeding targets and KPIs. A proven track record of working with automated systems; maintenance of track and machines within the Warehouse environment and a history of accurate stores history; and minimum production time lost due to a well-managed inventory of consumables. Working knowledge and experience of compliance and regulatory audits is essential as is awareness of MHRA/GSP/ISO procedures. Reporting to the Depot Manager you will be responsible for the depot achieving its key performance indicator targets in line with business objectives and budgets.
