NLL is an incorporated joint venture between National Grid Interconnector Holdings Limited (a subsidiary company of UK's National Grid PLC) and the Belgian Elia Transmission. We're a small and dynamic international team that manages a crucial cross-border asset within the energy transition. By joining Nemo Link you'll become part of a fantastic team where you will have plenty of opportunities to learn, develop yourself and get involved in a variety of work. We're looking for someone to join the team who is hands-on, experienced in IT or systems and interested in working on a broad range of topics including Office 365/Azure administration and assuring data quality in our DMS/AMS. As a Systems Support Analyst, you'll help support the NLL team (approx. 45 employees) with their IT platforms and tools. Most of these platforms are standard cloud-based platforms (e.g. Office 365, MS Azure, Aconex) and some dedicated commercial platforms developed and hosted by third parties (e.g. Xona CSG). You will be a go-to person if a user has a problem or has a question related to these platforms.

Experience with Office 365 administration and SharePoint is important and any previous experience working with MS Azure would be useful. However, most important is an enthusiasm to learn and develop this knowledge and a willingness to support the team. There will be opportunities for training to become an expert on these platforms. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to help others, be resourceful, and have an eye for detail.,

  • Experience with Office 365 administration and/or previous experience working with MS Azure.
  • IT support or service desk experience.
  • SharePoint management experience.
  • Willingness to help others and support problems through to resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • An appreciation of change control and experience in managing change.
  • Ability to take initiative and act in a proactive manner; not needing significant direction or management.

National Grid Ventures (NGV) is at the forefront of the energy transition.
