Full Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Support Coordinator to be based at our site in Grange park site (NN4 5FB )This role involves 3 day working remote (Subject to Business Requirements).

As a Systems Support Coordinator you will provide support to various stakeholders on multiple Systems for the Healthcare and IFF units. Update systems as required. Support in Data Analysis., Maintain data in multiple systems to ensure pricing rules, conditions, condition relations and other data, meeting deadlines.
- Owning the new user set up across the different systems. Liaising with relevant Internal and External stakeholders to arrange set up of new system.
- Deliver training to external stakeholders on various systems to high a level and offering support as needed.
- Identify root cause of process functionality failures and provide solutions and report to System Analyst.
- Maintaining the request for service log, ensuring comments are accurate and items are closed in a timely manner.
- Produce data analytics as requested using excel to assess statistical reports from TMS.

Experience and knowledge TMS (CarLo and Yunas - Desirable)
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.0.

This a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 (depending on experience).

The working scheduling is predominantly a Monday - Friday working 08:00-17:00, 25 days' holiday (in addition to the bank holidays) and an option of 5 days Volunteering Leave annually
