Systems Technician

Industry: Infrastructure

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight ( this is not a remote working role)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm

Duties:

Subject matter expert for the process and systems that form MIS including;
Administration and configuration of systems,
Mobile device management,
Supporting users in both hardware and software training and troubleshooting,
Developing and improving the use of systems and associated processes throughout the business,
Preparation of reports,
Liaison with Group ICT department and management of equipment inventory.

Experience:

Must have proven experience in a similar role including delivery of projects and managing continuous improvements,
Must be qualified to Level 5 (HND/Foundation Degree), relevant certifications i.e. Prince 2 an advantage.
Must have excellent problem, solving, attention to detail and communication skills,
Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, PowerApps and Power BI. Knowledge of CONFORM and FixMyStreet an advantage.

Salary: £16.83-£19.23 per hour
