Full Job Description

To fully support the operations with the realisation of company TQ sales objectives, by means of production of 'TQ' quotations along with follow up on open quotations to secure an order from the customer.

A combined team effort of all assistants to ensure that the plan numbers are met.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

  • Takes leads from the assigned opportunity channel (IR/RA/Upgrade/Customer or SDM request) and uses the T fixed-price packages to create repair quotation according to priorities.

  • Collaborates with the T-Desk expert (Tech based role) for quotation wording/time/material if required.

  • Uses the information in CRM to ensure that the quotation get to the correct recipient.

  • Calls customer to follow up on T quotes issued.

  • Check on CRM outstanding works on the unit in question prior to any customer call.

  • Answer customer questions in relation to the current quotation in question and secures a booking confirmation PO order from the customer., Ensure that the correct hours, material, or subcontractor cost is applied to the quotation.

  • The quotation is sent to the correct recipient along with any further sales support collateral.

  • Liaising with operational or sales team to identify correct customer details where there is a shortfall the system.


  • Securing of 'T' orders
  • All quotations produced must be followed up with the customer in a set time scale.

  • Answer any customer query in relation to the quotation they have received.

  • Any nonrelated TQ issues raised during customer discussions are recorded and reassigned to the correct team to deal with.

  • Update CRM with correct customer contact details whenever found to be incorrect., Accountability follows through on commitments and makes sure others do the same. Acts with a clear sense of ownership. Takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failures. Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. Designs feedback loops into work.

  • DEVELOPMENT

    Developing own understanding of what content is required for a quotation from experience.

    Collating learnings from discussions with client and team to improve process/quality/collateral and create new packages.
