TA Team Leader

We are looking for a to join our Additional Learning department at Houghton Learning Hub (per of Central Beds College). As a Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through

• To line manage Teaching Assistants (TAs) in Pathways
• To ensure that the learning needs of students are met through the production of Individual Support Plans.
• To maintain relevant documentation in line with college requirements.
  
  Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and maths
• L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  
  The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
