Full Job Description

You will work closely with stakeholders in JELD-WEN to help them to engage, make better decisions using data and ultimately transform the capabilities and data literacy for the business.,

  • Designing and developing interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data sets, enabling data-driven decision-making for stakeholders across different regions and markets
  • Maintain and optimize existing Tableau dashboards to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
  • Collect and translate business requirements from non-technical language into technical specifications
  • Manage data connections and integration between Tableau and various data sources, ensuring real-time updates and consistent data flow for accurate reporting.
  • Support in conducting market research by analysing trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate collaboration between different regions and markets
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable strategies to improve business outcomes.

    Are you a n experienced Tableau specialist? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and working with a range of stakeholders at all levels? We are looking for an experienced Tableau Analyst, to support the transition from QlikView Solutions to Tableau Cloud. Reporting to the Analytics Manager - Europe, this pivotal role is part of our 2-year transformation roadmap, 4+ years developing Tableau Cloud or Desktop
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of data management, analytics and reporting techniques.
  • Strong ability to implement data storytelling techniques within Tableau to communicate insights effectively, highlighting key trends, patterns, and anomalies for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Continuous learning mindset, enhancing technical skills, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, to support the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and IT Systems, including Excel and SQL
  • This role is in an agile team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, so excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills are essential.
