Full Job Description

Responsible for: The post holder will be practising under direct or indirect supervision of a Consultant Supervisor within the designated speciality area to provide patient-centred clinical care. This will encompass training in the skills of advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within an agreed scope of practice throughout the directorate, The post holder will practice under supervision as a trainee in Advanced Clinical Practice to develop a high level of expertise within the specialist service providing advice, education and support to staff, patients, their families and carers.

Candidates must have GCSE(grade 4-9)/O'level(grade C-A) in Maths and English or equivalent certificate of comparability via NARIC/ENIC(for applicants whose qualifications are outside the UK) or Level 2 functional skills. This is to ensure you meet the minimum criteria to undertake a programme of education to achieve the masters qualification in advanced clinical practice (ACP), The post holder will be required to undertake and complete a programme of education to achieve a master's level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent CAT points. On completion of the course, the candidate will be eligible
