Tailored Investment Reporting Associate

Insight Investment is looking for a Tailored Investment Reporting Associate to join the Client Reporting team in London. In this role, you will provide tailored client reporting solutions to clients across a range of investment strategies on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis. You will work within a team of client reporting professionals with an emphasis on building out the team's relationships with various Insight stakeholders including senior members of staff. To succeed in this role, candidates must be solution focused and be driven to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment. Role Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely production of the team's regular monthly and quarterly Client Reporting requirements
• Ensure that queries are investigated appropriately and resolved within specified timeframes
• Attend regular pre-meets with Client Directors, Solution Specialists, and other stakeholders where fast-paced changing requirements must be understood and acted upon by tight deadlines
• Gain an understanding of the underlying LDI and Fixed Income portfolios and strategies that are being reported on, as a way to better understand and communicate reporting requirements

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multitask and prioritise with good attention to detail
• Operates with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times
• Ability to seek improvements in generation of reporting packs
• Document and train other team members on core activities
• Strong systems skills to include the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience is desirable
