Full Job Description

The team play a crucial role and have overall accountability for UK products and propositions. By utilising their deep market experience The Take to Market Lead will be responsible for the Take to Market plan and execution across a set of Propositions, reporting to the relevant Head of Proposition and supported by the Head of Take to Market.,

  • Leads the initiation of new ideas/proposition responses including shaping of benefit articulation internally and externally to drive market share.
  • Applies strategic thinking and design to maximise the impact from proposition development.
  • Defines and execute the Take to Market strategy and plans for propositions.
  • Identify, measure, assign appropriate ownership, manage, and monitor all risks and controls in line with the RCSA methodology. Escalate any issues deemed significant in accordance with the Risk Management System.
  • Clearly understands accountabilities and processes that they own and how they link to the Group Strategy and the Risk Appetite.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document all significant risks in decision making.
  • Use risk reporting and risk management information to help inform and set priorities, actively seeking to reduce our largest exposures or weaknesses by fostering a culture of openness.

    Experienced in proposition deployment for customers and their financial advisers.
  • Commercially astute, with a sound understanding of customer, adviser and financial dynamics, and ability to identify focus to add greatest value.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the relevant market, and where relevant the dynamics across both direct and intermediated channels.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory/legislative frameworks within the UK financial services market.
  • Expertise and championing of the end consumer and an in-depth understanding of customer value, great customer outcomes and all aspects of the value chain.
  • Expertise and championing of financial advisers and an in-depth understanding of adviser value and all aspects of the value chain, including understanding of key drivers for financial advisers and how to gain traction with different adviser firm segments and role holders.
