Full Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting the best talent to help Stannah achieve our organisational objectives. Collaborating with Senior Leaders and Managers, you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.,

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent within a highly competitive market
  • Advise Senior Leaders and Managers on talent sourcing and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Senior Leaders to identify resourcing needs
  • Build strong talent pipelines and direct source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring job postings, candidate progress, and feedback are handled efficiently.
  • Promote the employer brand using a variety of methods such as social media, industry networking etc

    To be successful in this internal recruitment job, you will have proven talent acquisition or recruitment experience, either from an agency or internal environment.
  • You will understand the engineering talent market. Lift industry knowledge would be an advantage. You will succeed at stakeholder and candidate management within a competitive market. This is a great job, working in a small team who are passionate about sourcing the very best talent and providing an agile in-house talent acquisition service to the business. We are looking for a person who has a flexible approach to work. A lot of the work is on Teams, as well as face-to-face in the office. The role provides an opportunity to travel to various UK sites.,
  • Proven experience agency or in-house recruitment or talent acquisition within an engineering discipline is essential
  • Experience of the lift industry is desirable
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition-related qualifications would be advantageous
